Luke von Lugde aka Duke is a beautiful 18 month old huge German Shepherd "puppy." Don't let his handsome and majestic looks fool you though, this boy is just a huge goofball inside. Luke loves to play and play, whether it is with his toys, balls, other dogs, children, or people. Despite his large size, Luke is so gentle and comfortable with very young children and even babies, since he grew up with them. He meets people well, giving strangers abundant kisses in exchange for a pet or a scratch behind the ear. Luke loves water, and can splash around all day with his favorite ball in his mouth. He is also crate-trained and sleeps through the night. Luke can be reactive on leash, but in small playgroups, he is quite the life of the party. If he meets his canine buddies somewhat pushily, a quick correction usually does the trick, as charming Luke just wants to please his people. Luke is so sweet and friendly he allows his canine friends into his home, nudging them and inviting them to play a game of chase or ball. This sweetheart would make a family oh-so-happy: he is looking for his foster or forever home, perhaps with a pool or with a submissive female he can romp around with. NO CATS PLEASE!
